Ik ben al sinds 33 jaar en langer bij deze apotheek ingeschreven. Maar nu is de mat voor mij echt vol. Na diverse keren gekibbel over het beste werkzame medicijn voor mij en de oplossingen in deze hebben mij besloten om naar een andere apotheek om te kijken. Daarbij komt nog dat diverse medewerkers (niet allemaal) zeer onvriendelijk zijn. Verder hebben ze niet hun administratie op orde betreffende het medicijnen verloop. Er werd mij verteld dat ik de afgelopen 6 jaar nog nooit een ander medicijn heb gehad en uitgeprobeerd terwijl dit wel zeker 3 keer is gebeurt. Wat bij mij vraagtekens oproept. Verder heb ik niks meer toe te voegen voor mij is de mat vol.

What preschoolers work here !!!! They get a new system and lose data, they admit this themselves! I ordered something last week and received a takeout email. Once there they can no longer find my recipe, they say that I have supposedly already picked up the recipe and that I am just out of luck. Then I hear that the mail was a mistake and that nothing was ordered for me. Because yes what is in the system is correct. Then I ask what I should do to get the recipe as soon as possible and then Mrs. indicates that I have to pay. I am not easily angry but this is still very inadequate !! Please give these 2 employees a computer course!

I have been a customer from the beginning of the pharmacy, but I no longer need this experience for me. After a bicycle accident I was prescribed bandage. they would be delivered via benu Direct. After the prescriptions from the doctor ended up with them I went to the pharmacy. here I was told that they could mean nothing to me. After 4 days without bandages and back and forth between my doctor's office, pharmacy, and calling with benu direct, I was told by an employee of benu directly:, the pharmacy had the prescription just could pass on then they would have provided the necessary medication. But just calling for a customer is also possible when the pharmacy is empty apparently not. This is not the only negative experience I have with this pharmacy, but it is the last one.
