December 5th for a kitchen and were welcomed. After a while the consultant came and asked us if we had seen anything. Sure ... we showed him the kitchen and immediately he told us that this is his most expensive kitchen. Finally, we got the feeling that we were not being taken seriously. And that we could not afford the kitchen. We left there with a bad feeling! We went to see the neighbors and after a nice conversation and good advice we succeeded in buying a very nice kitchen.

After 2 wrong deliveries, finally our kitchen after 26 weeks. That was once but never again!

Very done with this business. Where do I begin? First conversation was great, time was taken for us and things were explained to us. This was about our first owner-occupied home and the first time choosing a kitchen, or we were really looking for advice. Then scheduled a second call. We arrive there on the agreed dates + time, but what we had an appointment with turned out to be on vacation .... A colleague went to help us with a lot of sighs and groans. Everything took too long for her and we were actually not allowed to change anything we had come up with during the first meeting. We wanted to change, but she gave no options at all and you could see that she wanted to go home. Unfortunately (because we are pants) we have already signed the first conversation that we would buy a kitchen from them, they took advantage of that during the second conversation. Well eventually ordered the kitchen anyway, the next day it turned out that she had written everything down incorrectly, luckily this turned out well after a lot of back and forth calling. Ultimately, the kitchen has now been delivered and of course we are very happy with it. We are super economical with it (read: no plates, pans, glasses or cutlery on the countertop, while that could easily be done, but we don't dare to do it yet) and we already have quite a few scratches on the countertop. This indicated to kitchen competitor, it appears to be logical with this product and just signs of wear! HEAR YES AFTER 2 WEEKS WHILE WE PUT ALREADY NOTHING ON IT ?? what will it look like if we use the counter as it should? I also asked how we can treat this because I am afraid that otherwise I will have a really ugly leaf after six months, no answer. I also do not get an answer to my question when the € 100 discount will be credited to my girlfriend's account. During the first conversation it was promised that if we were to buy a kitchen from kitchen competitor, 1 of my friends who also bought a kitchen from kitchen competitor would be deposited 100 €, but unfortunately you will not hear anything more. We paid and bought a kitchen from them (never again, and I don't recommend it to anyone!) But unfortunately they won't let you know anymore ..

Terrible company at most! Poor communication and non-compliance with agreements. Never for us again.
