Very careless and irresponsible. Give my child the wrong eye drops. Then we called to explain the situation and gave another eye drop, but I had to pay for it myself. There was never a genuine apology. I hope this doesn't happen again.

Customer unfriendly staff, do not speak to you and if they don't like it, the phone will be thrown on it.

Customer-unfriendly pharmacy. Prescription according to GP is not taken literally. An invoice will be sent to Menzis for undelivered medication that is apparently ready. Paying for something not delivered? Instruct your customer to wear a mouth mask correctly while the pharmacy assistant wears a face shield. Where masks are mandatory, you must also wear them.

Excellent pharmacy, nice staff, but the building has a rather cold appearance. Unlike the pharmacy in the city center, there is plenty of (free) parking here
