Having to pick up medicines for the neighbor was a pleasant experience. Everything also neat and tidy.
The services here are declining rapidly. There does not seem to be any structure, wrong medicines (from someone else) are given (!) And sometimes the phone is not even answered. Everything used to be better, but this does not always apply in the case of Apotheek Bergh. Still a lot of work to do until it returns to a desired level.
Just fine, friendly staff.
Treated rude, something always goes wrong or it is out of stock.
Ms. behind the counter was tired, and irritated.
Nothing was and was too much work because she had to print the labels and that was an extra step.
Should only come back next week after being outside for over half an hour.
Do not have words for this, it is that you have to fill in a star but for now I would have given 0 stars.
Disaster intentions there ... for the umpteenth time not ready my medications ... blame doctors. You better drive to Doetinchem or something ... you have your medicines faster and friendlier. Waiting times there can regularly go up to an hour ... simply outrageous.
