Worst service ever I've had. You don't even get screws and corners with your bed. Predrilling has also gone wrong. after almost 3 weeks haven't heard anything about it. They also don't respond to emails. You would almost think that the company no longer exists.
Item not in stock in Heerenveen. True then, cannot be found from the website. Customer service unreachable. Tried to call another branch during opening hours, will simply disconnect after waiting time. have it delivered online? of course 40 euros delivery costs. All in all, lost an afternoon for free. Worthless.
Very unpleasant experience, looking around without obligation is not possible. Here and there couples are stuck to a table with bad coffee, conquered by an intrusive sales style. Their assertiveness put to the test by a more expensive tender ...... We found the seller so unfriendly that we left as soon as possible ..... yuck

Strange staff. I only came to orientate on the possibilities of the different mattress types and associated prices, the saleswoman tried to put us on the first bed and then to walk away extremely indignantly and offended when we said we want to think about it.
