Would give 5 stars for the salesman. But I want to give negative stars for the company as a whole. They promised to completely take care of everything. We joked with the salesman that we wanted the kitchen finished by christmas, it was june. It actually ended up being christmas, while they started construction in july.

We have no experience at all in buying and selecting a kitchen. Fortunately, Bauke Kap helped us with professional and knowledgeable advice. He also thought along well and was able to adapt his explanation perfectly to what we as laymen would understand. All in all very satisfied and we will certainly recommend Bauke and Brugman to others.

Last Thursday at Brugman Assen the order was finally placed for a new kitchen and bathroom. We are very friendly and helped very well. During a visit a few days before, we went through all the plans, and on that basis received expert and advice about what fits well with the wishes we have. The survey service that followed could be scheduled quickly, so that all details were quickly clear. The drawings (including 3d) made it clear whether everything is possible and how it will turn out. All in all, excellent help by the consultant at Brugman (Daniël Gerrits) who also took all the time for us. Thanks!
