Bosma Bedden Assen B.V.

For the 2nd time in 6 years the engine of our Caresse box spring broke down, they cost 298 euros, called Caresse and Bosma Winschoten couldn't hear anything weird for 200 euros.

Ordered a bed at the end of May, this would take 10 to 12 weeks for a delivery time .. after numerous phone calls where it was often said that we would be called back, which then did not happen (there was even a point that they had lost our order). we finally got our bed delivered last week. so not 10 to 12 weeks but 20..that is something completely different. (even when the delivery time was fixed, they called to ask if it could not be a little later). When I asked how we were going to meet each other in this .. I was immediately told that nothing could be done and that if I did not agree that the bed was taken again .. that was literally the first sentence that was said .. the 2nd sentence was that it was not their fault but the factory and there was nothing they could do about it .. and again if I disagreed, they took the bed again. If it were up to me, they could certainly have done that !! .. my wife thought differently and dealt with it further (reluctantly). once they were gone and I walked into the garage, I saw that the wooden plate they had used (yoost may know what for, and just got it from the garage from the most impossible place) had been neatly thrown back in my garage, just neatly thrown against my mountain bike. I then get to the top floor, where the stairs are still neatly what they used. (also taken from the garage). in short, a super delivery. 8 weeks late, a delivery person who knows everything, is the best himself, and gets angry when you mention the price. for after all they are the best and nowhere else can you be treated so well. I am very disappointed in this company .. a decent conversation with the delivery man was not possible .. and in the shop it was then pretended that nothing was wrong. In short, a company where it really is not about the customers! It's a shame it has to be like this

At Bosma beds they take all the time for you and think along. When we even bumped into something even after placing our bed, they came by again to look and help.

After this review, I was called the next day by Bosma beds. The woman spoke to me nicely I was able to tell my story, they listened well and she promised me what to do with it. Got sincere apologies from the company and it is very nicely resolved. What a mockery this company ordered a pillow last Friday I would be called back on Monday or Tuesday. I just call after it because it is already Thursday and nothing has been heard then I get a man on the phone who knows nothing and asks what is going around in that company there is searching in the background told a colleague of us call him back later who without saying so throws the hook ...

After visiting four other bed stores, we were first assisted with sincere attention at Bosma Bedden in Assen. The friendly seller offered us a cup of coffee and, before we walked through the store, immediately started a conversation with us about our wishes. As a result, he was able to provide us with good advice and the bed that he advised us was good right away. I call that super good service.
