Very good company, nice and friendly people.

Very, very, very bad service, really bad at projectkeuken.nu For clarity; We are not people who take the time to write a review. Mistakes are made everywhere, but we had to get rid of them anyway. After 3 months we are still waiting for a quote from projectkeuken.nu Called about 12 times and sent at least 6 emails to ask where our quotation is. And then forget the WhatsApps, because at a certain point we did not even dare to call. Every time we heard it is on the way or we are on it or the person who is about it is not there. Even had the boss / owner / founder on the phone ... His answer was "it's coming" well we still haven't received anything. We have lost a lot of time and it has cost us a lot of energy and annoyance. Our budget was between 12,000 and 15,000 euros for a new kitchen, which kitchen farmer does not want this ?! The only positive was that the coffee and cake with the 2 appointments made at the office at projectkeuken.nu were delicious. Unfortunately, we have not heard anything since. Really really bad!

Marc Lentelink (owner) is professional and switches quickly. We have designed a beautiful kitchen together and the result is impressive. The technicians have also done a great job. Even if something has to be done later, they will solve it within a day. Top!
