Today 28-01-21 (4 days after ordering) we received the furniture. Wesley arrived punctually at the agreed time, many suppliers can still learn from that! After offering a cup of coffee (because yes it was a long drive for Wesley) he started working independently. Editing was a piece of cake. took the time to answer any questions. The quality looks good at first glance. Everything left professional and tidy. I am sure we will enjoy this for years to come. The service is fast, top-notch and concrete. You know where you stand and payment only takes place when everything is ready and approved by us, the customer. And if I estimate it that way, Wesley is not the worst to provide the right aftercare. Super fast service from a very nice dining room sofa. Good quality and good communication.

Ordered TV furniture. Neatly delivered on time, really beautiful furniture. My compliments.

Bank ordered and it was delivered on time. However, the sofa turned out not to be the sofa I ordered. Wesley would make sure the right one was delivered. Neat, fine. After 2 weeks I haven't heard anything, so called. No answer. Emailed and apped; no reaction. Soak the same tune later. Another week later, the same tune again. Now more than a month later without any counter-reaction or delivery from the right bank. Wrong product delivered, money is in and Wesley seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth and I paid 200 euros for a bank that is of no use to me. Extremely unprofessional, antisocial, business management. I feel ripped off. I strongly advise everyone not to order anything from this company!
