I ordered a table and 4 chairs on the 16th of September. So far I have received several emails communicating a delay. My delivery was supposed to arrive tomorrow but, after contacting them myself, they inform me that the delivery is again postponed to 'somewhere in December'. I have been living in an appartment without a table for 2 months now and for the moment, I am just hoping that I'll be able to eat at a table anytime this year. Very unsatisfied with their service.

Worst customer experience ever. Literally been lying to us for the last 6 weeks. Told us several times our money had been transferred back after our bench broke after 2 months. Customer service rather replies to google reviews than to emails. Plain and simple: fraud!

Nog geen maand geleden een TV meubel besteld op de website, vorige week werd het netjes afgeleverd. Netjes binnen de aflevertermijn wat toen vermeld stond op hun website. Geen beschadiging of niets. TV meubel zag er identiek uit als op de website. Echter past het TV meubel niet in het ontwerp van mijn living, dus gebeld en vriendelijk te woord gestaan dat ze het binnen 2 dagen zelf komen ophalen en daarna de terugbetaling volgt. Dit noem ik nou een service, en dus beveel ik deze webshop hartelijk aan bij iedereen. Alex kitsos

This company can still improve many things about its service. I therefore do not recommend anyone to order something here. First you order something and then they put in the mail that you will be informed if the product takes longer to arrive. I have never received an email about that. Only when I emailed myself I was told that the product would not be in the Netherlands until 1.5 months later. And if you send the email, it will take another 1.5 days before you receive an answer. This way, every email you send will quickly take you 2 days further. Well I canceled it 10 days ago but still not get my money back. That also takes an average of 14 days. M curious
