totaalBED Lelystad

Bought box spring at the end of December 2018. Very pleasantly helped in Lelystad by Johan. Delivered very quickly from stock. Bed was wonderful. After 1.5 years we sleep less pleasantly, dimples in the topper but also noticeable dimples in the box spring mattress. Looked at this for a while. We recently considered buying new mattresses because we no longer sleep well. Looked up Bon for the sizes, we were surprised to see that there was still a guarantee. Called customer service who informed me that the Lelystad store would call back. Not called back yet. Tried myself, no response. Called back by a friendly lady. Very helpful in discovering what they can do for us. To be continued.

Very pushy sales advisors, totally customer unfriendly.

Very bad service. The people in the store don't know about a good sleeping position. I bought a pillow which afterwards is way too high for me. Called about this, but corona could not return it. I asked why she did not see that the pillow was much too high for me when I lay on it in the store. The horn was raised like that ... she didn't argue with me. As a store staff, you pay attention to your customer that they go home with the right product. During the conversation I was told that they were not going to do anything with it. What an ignorant and especially anti-social staff !! Never come there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For example, cheap is expensive. At decent bed stores, you get the option of testing the pillows at home if you just buy a cover. I also did this at Totaalbed.

Very good service, we made a nice purchase there. :)

I understand that these are stuffy times with the Corona happening, but I have not yet experienced this, you are just not waiting for a broom to work you out the door again, if I wanted something I had to go through put the site together in terms of fabric and headboards, etc. After that it was only possible to test in terms of mattresses, I can not see on the internet what kind of fabric is and what the total picture looks like, for that you go to a store. A bit of a shame and will not recommend a total bed.
