On August 22, we ordered a sofa on the first sight, it all seemed fine, friendly man, the seller all nice and nice .. delivery would be between 12-14 weeks. But due to corona it could take a little longer fine. we are now halfway through 21 weeks. Customer service is not to poorly accessible, they never always answer a tape by telephone .. and if you email you can be happy if they respond a few days later which is of no use to you .. now (6jan) we still have our bank did not send an extremely angry e-mail and we are considering canceling our order. My advice? Go to another store.

Helped in the store super nice, sofa ordered on September 1, so far (now January 5) no sofa. You just don't hear from them anymore. Great products and good prices, but delivery times are endless, customer service does not respond to anything. They don't call back, wrong product delivered. When you go to the store to talk about it, they say very nice "if you whine we won't deliver anymore" ...
