Waiting time is always more than 20 mins, often lags in the system, and taking long time to get the prescription. If you're in the hurry, dont come here, it will take you at least an half an hour for everything.
Always long waiting times and today also for nothing (more often) because the medicines were not in stock. Hay fever medicines should certainly be in stock during this time.
They are difficult to reach by phone! I have never seen at any other pharmacy. First listen to the tape for a long time, then the connection is lost due to crowds. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and I couldn't get someone on the line!
Many problems delivering medicines and ordering the medication "forgot to order or something like that" some staff members are downright rude and impolite
Very unfriendly.
Came to return something, but I was told unfriendly that it was not possible and that it was also on the receipt, because of corona. Maybe a Course dealing with people?
