Just called to request information about a medication due to shipping abroad customs form. Clearly stated that the medication is on its way and on hold due to lack of data. The employee simply indicates: is still on the box! She made no effort to search the system for info to answer my question. Easygoing and unprofessional attitude. From owner to employees easy going and many mistakes are made. Previously, medication from another patient was declared in my name. Very bad pharmacy!

They always give different brands of medicines so that they can charge treatment costs. therefore having to pay 75 euros for nothing. feel ripped off. staff isn't the best either.

I have been receiving the best service from this pharmacy for years. Friendly employees, good explanation, converting pick-up to delivery is no problem. In short, fine! Then why not five stars? There are always points for improvement, right? But, to be honest, I couldn't find them.

I have to give one star minimum but outrageous pharmacy! Mouth mask is mandatory, logically. But to have to pay one euro for that, I really think it's a no go. A few cents on top are allowed, but not 80 cents ...... Wasn't really helped properly either.

Strange that this service provider is not open on Saturdays for hard-working people during the week. Not even one night.
