Kruidvat

Always busy and tight. Assume there is a long line at the till that makes you consider going to another store. Unfortunately, you cannot safely exit the line either, so when you finally reach the till you find out that the staff is grumpy and unfriendly. This was the last time for me.

Because I was not helped through customer service and was taken seriously, I want to make my complaint public about what I first thought about the Kruidvat in Schagen. But as I further read on the internet, it is a well-known and annoying complaint where the customer is not helped at many Kruidvat stores. Like many people, I like to shop with a shopping cart. Walk from store to store and then walk to your car with the cart and then put your purchased goods in the car and finally put the cart away. Unfortunately that is not possible at the Kruidvat. You are not allowed with a shopping cart. Full of groceries with rain outside, I was shown the exit or I had to leave my car outside unattended. No solution, no leniency, no understanding, it ruined my day, because now I only have to go back to the Kruidvat for the Kruidvat. Then I called customer service to file a complaint about this. I got the feeling that she was more into other things because she was very distracted and didn't want to listen to me. She only gave back some short answers and mumbled a bit about paths that were too small. When asked whether she has heard of people being kicked out of the store because they have a shopping cart, she answered no, she had never heard that before. But she maintained her position that the employee had done the right thing. It sounds like ants, but it ruins my, so far, enjoyable shopping experience at the fedex. I am forced to get food for my baby from the fedex. But unfortunately I am now reluctant to go to the Kruidvat because of the indifference and the "we-don't-give-a - ****" mentality of many Kruidvat stores. Kruidvat, maybe a customer-friendliness and thinking along course is something for your employees?

The dealer who worked here has been fired and now I no longer know where I can buy his stuff, by the way a nice store I always get my lotion here.

Great store apart from the staff than the boy in question is totally not customer friendly And no I do not recommend this fidial to have gone there
