Rectification: two days ago I posted a review regarding the non-compliance with a telephone appointment on the part of Keukenkampioen Bergen op Zoom. All of this rests on a misunderstanding and therefore wants to rectify this. Today I received a nice phone call from the branch manager and he spoke to me in a very customer-friendly manner. It really gave me a good feeling and I would like to continue with the company to make a choice for a new kitchen. Since I will receive the key to my new home next month, he even proposed to come by to see what the possibilities are together. I personally think that works better than all that fiddling behind the computer because of the crisis.
From my side apologies again and therefore rate this with 5 stars.
Just popped in for inspiration last Saturday. At first there seemed to be only 1 employee and he was busy. We watched everything calmly and just before we left the store we were approached by another employee. When we had spoken to them, another one came. Apparently a few were having lunch breaks at the same time. No problem of course. However, they all had the same opening speech. Perhaps something needs to be done about it, because 3x the same opening is a bit annoying.
For the rest friendly people and okay shop. What you see should just be to your taste.
