Recently purchased a new home where the Voortman project would be the kitchen supplier. When I mentioned the name, acquaintances of mine started to frown, the advice not to do it was ignored. Where I have been nicely helped by the sales employee to really fine nothing to criticize. All this took place in September 2019. Made an appointment for the placement in week 18, eventually they only had space in week 20, but well this is in itself well in time so no problem. Just before the kitchen was delivered, I received a phone call saying that not all equipment was in stock or that the kitchen had to be installed. Appointment to proceed and I would be called back about the equipment. I said casually, is it correct that I have not yet received an invoice? Mister went to find out and came back to it. The same day I was called that the invoice was on the way and if I wanted to take care of a quick payment. The same evening transferred money, so that the kitchen could be delivered. Day of installation May 13, very nice mechanic, was agreed with the installation service department at 08:00. Was the mechanic on the doorstep at half past seven he did, after all, he said for 20 years ..... Jumped into the car to quickly open the door, I find that very annoying, but I thought 08:00 is not 07:30. The mechanic has noted that equipment is missing and that we want to move into the new house soon or if it could be done urgently. Then my girlfriend was called that the equipment would arrive on May 25 and that I would immediately hear when they would place the equipment. Now on May 28 still nothing heard so just call at 11:00, of course everyone was talking and a ticket would be created. at 13:30 no response yet again call and what I experienced then you only hear in programs such as cash register etc. So much reluctance to help a customer who has fulfilled his part of the agreements. Response time is one to two days, sir, sorry I can't put you through. Sir sorry I cannot put you through to the person in charge of the service, Sorry sir I am going to disconnect. Now waiting for Mr. Hofman to find the time to call me back. Really incomprehensible. Golden tip, do not buy a kitchen at Voortman because you are left to the gods as soon as the kitchen is not complete. If you decide to ignore this advice, do not pay it until it has been delivered and is complete. Because when it comes to the invoice it can be done very quickly, but if service has to be provided you will be placed in the queue and nobody has time to come up with a solution.

We recently purchased a new kitchen through Voortman Keukens in Bunnik. Besides that the kitchen has become beautiful, we are very satisfied with the service. You are treated kindly and people take extensive time to discuss everything. All costs are discussed properly and before the change you do not feel that you are being scammed enormously (as is often the case with other 'kitchen farmers'). Voortman Keukens will keep you well informed during the ordering process. The installation was also top. In short, we are very satisfied with Voortman Keukens!

We recently had a kitchen installed by Voortman. What a bad service! Errors in the design, errors in measuring, errors in ordering. Bad communication. Are not clear about when they will come to fix their mistakes. In short, don't. Very satisfied with the external engineer. Without him it would really have become a drama.

Just looking at a kitchen orphanage, we walked around quietly and were not bothered by the sellers, we think it will be great, and if we know how big our kitchen will be, we will certainly return
