The manager can really learn a little better how to deal with customers. The young staff are really super friendly and very helpful. But apparently she has been working there for a bit longer and cannot smile at the customers anymore. It made me cranky. Thinking along with the customer is not wrong, is it? In addition, the actions are often not properly indicated and orders are not properly recorded or passed on. Some time ago they ordered something special, they just put it on the store shelves instead of keeping it separate. I don't like the shop, unfortunately.

At the fedex was an offer to travel by train for a day with a ticket that you could buy at the fedex. Unfortunately, this ticket is only valid on weekends, but the sign that it was on happened to be covered with a A4. Only after payment was it reported that the ticket can only be used on Saturday and Sunday. I immediately stated that I no longer wanted the tickets, but that was not possible and I just had to call customer service. Once at home I tried to call customer service, but there are several numbers on the internet and when you call one, you simply don't get a call. 0/5 customer service 0/5 customer friendliness and the store itself looks terrible.

I went to the Kruitvat today and I think the staff there are so friendly! I also thought it was so funny when she paid for my Korean Masks that she said they were good and I found out she was also a K-pop fan fan
