Unfortunately very bad experience with this company. The communication within this company and towards customers is worthless and therefore very unreliable. I don't believe this is an incident, but it's just their way of working. I had ordered a full terrace for my business with a delivery time of 7 days. A week later it was emailed that the delivery would take place the following week, after which I had my current terrace picked up, but the furniture did not arrive. The company was unreachable the days before, the day of delivery and days thereafter. Dozens of phone calls, e-mails and text messages were ignored. A terrace in the summer is important for my business and because contact with the company was impossible for days, I hired another company to have the furniture made. In the end I was still called. Not by Arjen, the owner, who was in contact the first time, but by an employee. The furniture was almost ready and could be delivered the next day, without cushions because they were not ready yet. I had already canceled because I was not confident that it would come, but suggested that they could still deliver if I received a discount that I could then pass on to the company that had now received my order. I would be called back about this, that did not happen again ... I called again the next day. He was told by the employee that Arjen is difficult to reach, always, and that it is also difficult for them. I left it at that, heard nothing from Arjen and I am happy to receive a nice terrace from another company next week.

Our scaffolding wood bench that had to be made to measure (our dimensions were not on the website in any case), was delivered quickly after ordering (12 days) and assembled on location. A nice nice couch with matching cushions, for a great price. Point of improvement: Communication about ordering, delivery and invoice is sometimes difficult, both via e-mail and telephone. Delivery was also slightly later than previously agreed due to a major malfunction in the Steigerluxe systems on the delivery date and apparently no backup that could be restored quickly.
