We give Mandemakers Woerden 5 stars because we are very satisfied. We received good assistance from A-Z and we experienced all contact moments as very pleasant. The experienced salesman was able to translate our wishes into a beautiful design. Well, that price negotiation is always a game that I prefer to leave to my friend, but there too the outcome is satisfactory. In terms of delivery, it also went well, we were able to schedule the correct date in consultation. When it turned out that an oven could not be delivered on time, a more luxurious version was offered free of charge. And when we visited the recently opened branch in Amersfoort to see whether the intended new floor suited the kitchen, we were received equally warmly.

Last week 24-11-2020 our kitchen was installed with a Bora hob, it is not working properly. Our entire kitchen is getting damp inside and out. We've been trying to arrange an appointment with a technician for a few days now. This goes through the service department, who will speak to you and tell you that you will be called back. Then you will not be called back and we try to call again ourselves, but these are only available until 12.30 pm. So wait until the next day. Same story again and this time weekend in between. Called again on Monday and yes we will be called back again, so not. The same story again on Tuesday, but according to the lady on the phone, we were scheduled for a callback request before 11.00 on Wednesday. Wednesday 11.00 am still not heard so call again herself, the operator wants to find out and suggests that she call me back. I do not agree with this and want an appointment with a mechanic, after 25 minutes the only thing I have managed is that I will be called back within 15 minutes. Within 10 minutes, the lady called back with the order that we now have to partially disassemble the kitchen ourselves to take a picture of the situation. So that it can be determined via the photo which technician should be sent. Calling the branch in Woerden, where we bought the kitchen, is also useless, because they cannot even reach the service department themselves. We would like to start cooking, but if you have moisture in your drawers, you would rather not do this. In the email we hold Mandemakers responsible for any damage, but you will not receive any response. I am posting this review out of desperation, because you have to pay everything in advance so there is no need for Mandemakers anymore. Mandemakers something can always go wrong, BUT SOLVE IT. Your Service department is very bad.

From the first sales meeting to placement, there was a lot of attention and care for our wishes. And the details advised by seller Mike were of significant added value to the end result. We are very proud of our new kitchen, of which ease of use, style and appearance were the main reasons for purchasing. We will not fail to emphasize the name Mandemakers to family, friends and acquaintances.
