Koop hier liever geen keuken. In principe ging alles goed, maar is het compleet verkeerd gegaan met mijn afzuigkap met plasmafilter die notabene door tulp zelf geadviseerd is. Ben bijna een jaar verder en zit nog steeds dagelijks in de vieze kooklucht. Vanuit tulp hoor ik na mijn laatste klacht echter niks meer. Terwijl ik een oplossing wil voor dit probleem. De service is rampzalig. Nee, ik zou tulp daarom zeker niet aanraden!

Pay close attention when buying. Beautiful drawing with all wishes. After delivery it appears that the service is not as indicated. The 25 year warranty is only on the hinges! Very misleading. After a few years, the ends of the fronts discolour. The advice of Tulp buy new and to the annoyance it is reported that the production process is now better and that it does not discolour. The old Simetic kitchen had not discolored after 30 years. You only notice the service of a company when something goes wrong. That is not so good at Tulp. Also evident from the customer service department which is not available by phone in the afternoon due to Corona! How so. Easy to throw it on Corona. You can still pick up the phone anywhere. In short, very dissatisfied. Too bad it was a beautiful kitchen.

What excellent advice and pleasant treatment we received at Tulp Kitchens in Woerden. We had already been with 3 other kitchen advisers, but nowhere was the best thought as here. An absolute must if you are looking for good and beautiful cuisine.
