Very polite and friendly customer service. Been buying things from this shop a few times now and it never disappoints. Their packaging is really good as they have to deliver to the UK, never found any broken piece, I also ordered a beautiful mirror clock and it was wrapped really well not even a scratch on it! I am so happy I found this shop, will be buying again in the future.😍👍🏻

Ilham Home is a pleasant family business where the customer really comes first. They have a clear website where you can easily find what you are looking for and the delivery is as agreed. In addition, they are competitively priced and customer service is easily accessible. Have had several less good experiences with other home (decoration) web shops and always excellent experiences with those of Ilham Home. They do what they promise and that is increasingly the exception than the rule nowadays. Moreover, I like that for larger items, such as Richmond furniture, we can first view them in their beautiful showroom in Woerden, which is easily accessible from the highway. There we are always welcomed with a fresh cup of coffee and we can look at everything again in a quiet and pleasant environment and ask for advice on the spot. In short: I can heartily recommend Ilham Home to everyone !!
