Never had problems with this branch before, some ladies who were curt, but nice and important, they could not find my package (ordered online) (can happen) suggest that I have already picked up the package? (not so) I would get my money back, but that won't work. Because they don't cancel my package. Kruidvat customer service always unsubscribe, but that unsubscribe is always canceled? This is taunting customer, I will never come back to this branch.

Poor service, my son was diarrhea and was not even allowed to use the bathroom. They don't earn a cent from me anymore. You better go to Staphorst or Nieuwleusen.

Friendly staff and good offers. However, the retail space is quite small, making it quickly too busy in the store.
