Utterly disappointed with the service, sraff is not helpful at all, they don't bother to show any products or to assist in finding one. My worst Etos experience so far.

Incredibly bad staff. The items in the store are dusty and unused. If you want to pay, you will hardly be looked at. When I went to get sanitary pads, a female employee insisted that I would buy a bag to put around it, as if you should be ashamed of sanitary pads, and an employee has nothing to say about that, really rude.
Close the shop before closing time. Be at the entrance 5 minutes before closing and they will not let you in.
I will never go to this ethos store again. The store is beautiful the products are good But the behavior of the seller is under criticism I bought this morning in the ethos store I am thinking of new (young, brown hair) worker, he with a grimace on his face at the checkout. Good morning, please, goodbye terms you don't use. I am sorry that such sellers work.
