Fast and good. Third order again very satisfied
I ordered a soap and after a month and a half of not receiving my order I asked to get my orders refund "It is far beyond the point that you said you would email me more information. Cancel my order and pay my purchase back.". This is the reply I got "here in the Netherlands we don't like it when we are COMMANDED ..... I would like to ask a bit more kindly questions, ....". After I told them that here in The Netherlands and anywhere else you need to need to deliver a product or service to get paid they refunded my purchase. For that they get 2 stars instead of 1 but I don't appreciate any conversation starting with "here in the Netherlands".
