Drugstore that has everything you need.

Far too full store, too narrow aisles. I do not understand that such a small store has such a large assortment. You can't even look at something quietly or someone is already panting in your neck because he / she has to grab something or pass it. If you have to pay at the checkout, you will find yourself between towering stacks of products. If I want to go there with my pram, I have to find all kinds of ways to get to the checkout. Imagine you are in a wheelchair. Horrible! I left my basket with things like that and walked out of the store and immediately drove to another Kruidvat in Wormerveer. What a relief that was! Never again this Kruidvat for me!

Fantastic staff in the Kruidvat shop in Koog aan de Zaan. No matter how busy they are, they are always super friendly and patient. I had to exchange something a few days before Christmas and could not find my receipt anywhere. Based on my debit and time, the employee sorted everything out and I could still exchange my gift. Top class !!!

An unpleasant experience today. This store is already very tight and a lot of stuff is in places that make shopping very stuffy. Especially now, all aisles are blocked at the end. It is impossible to pass each other and stick to the one and a half meter tile. If there is not what you want to buy, you want to leave quickly. I pass the long line, asking if I can pass. I surrender my basket to the employee who does everything but kindly to me that next time I can wait in line until it is my turn to leave the store. I kindly answer that I know I can, but I don't. No more for me in this shop next time as long as they apply this extremely Corona friendly policy. Corona friendly because the virus can do well in this shop, if it is present. This is certainly not the intention, at least not my intention.
