After being a customer for 30 years, I have now switched. Staff very unfriendly, by phone you are explicitly informed that you really should not call because it is too busy. So busy that in our case, you get the medicines from someone else. A vaccination that you have to collect from the doctor cannot be returned after the vaccination. You have to pay for that! How so? I've already paid for the vaccination. Then put it in the garbage can? Ridiculous. Now switched to another pharmacy. How wonderful it is to be treated with respect as a customer again. People, switch!

Disgracefully treated by an employee, further medication not in stock that was ordered over a month and a half ago. Equal complaint filed

What a bad service at this pharmacy. I have already experienced 4 times within a year that my medically necessary medications are not immediately available, or are not supplied at all by the pharmacy, and then I get a surrogate product, which they do not want to exchange for the real brand that my treated doctor indicates on the prescription that it is medically necessary. What a foolishness, be warned and find another pharmacy!
