Fantastic how you as a customer are advised and helped here. Ronald has patiently helped and assisted us with the purchase of a bed and dining table with chairs. Nothing was too much for Ronald to assist us and he patiently took his time. A great example, top seller. Very nice business with a wide choice and honest advice. Recommended!

Bank complaint reported. From the beginning, the fabric is wrinkling a lot, which I have specifically paid attention to and indicated to the seller that this is not desirable for me. Answer customer service is that this is very normal. I don't think that's normal for a bank in this price range, but unfortunately they don't do anything about it. The bank is six months old and I wonder how tired it will look in a few years. Even with the show model, the fabric is even tighter than our sofa. Too bad the customer service is so stiff and not cooperative ...
