June 2020 purchased two corner sofas, coffee tables, chairs, lamp and a painting. All this for a considerable amount! Bank was to be delivered at the beginning of October but postponed due to Corona, but we got the feeling that this was being learned and we were always turned away. Finally, all the furniture arrived in mid-November. The result is a part too much delivered which they refuse to collect. Wrong color legs chrome instead of black and a sofa that creaks. After contact by phone and email several times, Corona was the only culprit and no more hearing. Very bad service !! You will not be kept informed, no or bad communication and no solution.

Vanmorgen mijn spullen ontvangen, Ik ben MEGA! Tevreden met sucasa! In de winkel zijn wij erg goed geholpen, de levertijden van de banken daar waren ze heel transparant in! Alles is heel subtiel gegaan! Wij hebben een pakket genomen met all in service, onze spullen zijn netjes uitgepakt en Inelkaar gezet, ook is al het verpakking materiaal mee genomen (je betaald hier iets meer voor maar toch weer een last die van je wordt weg genomen) al met al zijn wij dus zeer tevreden! Ook mijn woonkamer set van Richmond is giga mooi! Sucasa en team bedankt!

Good afternoon dear Sucasa, We have the furniture in and we are very happy with it 🔥😍 The custom dining bench and the BlackBone gold furniture are great 💯 Now we still have to decorate the house with accessories, paintings, carpet, decorative fireplace and a new sofa and then it is finished😍 We will come back to you shopping soon! Mijn meubelen zijn binnen! Hield me hart vast nadat ik zo een grote bestelling had geplaatst , gelukkig is bijna alles goed gegaan, er kwam een tafel beschadigd binnen die is meteen meegenomen en na 1 week had ik weer een nieuwe gekregen! Ontzettend blij! mooie opmaat kasten van PUUUR, en ohhhhhh ohh onze bank, we zijn er verschrikkelijk blij mee!
