Awesome variety and great prices! Great showroom as well, i got just the couch i wanted.
Very disappointing service and too many empty promises. Ordered a couch already 12 weeks ago and still nothing! Customer care literally said they don’t know anything, so again we have to wait longer. During the purchase we were told that it will take max 8 weeks. Then over the phone we were told it would take 12 weeks max. And now again a delay! First and the last time I will order anything from them.

I found the company to be very professional and customer focused. They offer very good quality and can create bespoke products which other companies did not offer. I wanted a sofa bed feature for my new sofa so they said for a little extra they could incorporate it into the design.
They are the most unprofessional furniture company I had to deal with.
I bought furniture from their Arena boulevard store.
Originally promised to deliver in 4-6 weeks and every time I call when it's delivery time, they say 'It will take 2 weeks more'. Its been 9 weeks now and today when I called I am again told to wait 2-3 weeks more.
Most importantly, the store manager really needs lessons in customer service. He was saying 'blah blah blah' and mocking me on call when I asked him to give me some final date so I can stop calling and following up every 2 weeks.
And, obviously I don't have a choice to cancel my order and get refund of the money.
Please stay away from this store.
