They push you by lies to buy and sign!! Specially be careful with the seller: Roberto. It made me feel uncomfortable pressing me to sign telling me that I could cancel later if I decided not to want the kitchen, I went 4 days later and it wasn't true. I got into a legal problem for him. Now, everything is ok. Just be careful!!

The sales and delivery were statisfactory. The installation however was hasted and imperfect. Things that could have been prevent with only a check with me the customer were not checked. And the tap was leaking because a wrong part was installed. Also the kitchen island was aligned by eye and not measurement. So it’s 5-10 cm off from the wall it aligns with. When I tried to bring things to the attention of the person installing the kitchen he was mostly unfriendly and defensive.

Our whole experience with Keukenkampioen has been unpleasent, from multiple visits to the store, unpreparedness and lack of knowledge of staff and now the installation having this issue. We are paying a lot of money to get a kitchen which is not as per our expectations.

My first experience with Keukenkampioen and especially with the employees was SUBLIME! I felt at home and very comfortable with all the employee who helped me with the design and selection for my new kitchen. At the end of the appointment I was very confident and convinced with my choice. There was no feeling for a second opinion elsewhere. I will definitely recoommend Keukenkampioen in my circle!!! We bought a granite counter top from Keukenkampioen, which turned out to be a HUGE MISTAKE! Of course that someone from them csme to take measurements, but when we received the counter top, they forgot a small part to fit between the counter top and the kitchen window. We were promised by the delivery guy that we wouldn't have to pay for it, but after few days we've received an email with an apology and a request to pay additional €195 for this small part + wait for another 6 weeks!!! Their service was a nightmare, they insisted they were right, also making a complaint to the headquarters didn't solve the problem. We finally found a better, much cheaper solution with our repairman. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! BIG MISTAKE!!! Super unprofessional, their employees should go to a better customer service workshop before interacting with customers who did get hurt from them. Too late in our case, if I had the time and energy - I'd sue them.
