DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN FROM KEUKENLOODS This company is appalling. We bought a kitchen from them last November at a cost of over 15k. It is still not installed properly. This is the worst company I have ever bought anything from. If I could give a lower score than a 1 I would. Do not buy anything from these clowns

Order processing did not go well and we were confronted with a long delay after our old kitchen was removed. Keukenloods provided a temporary kitchen. Finally we received our order and we are very satisfied with the quality of the products and the workmanship of the installation (great job Jos)!

We bought a nice kitchen with granite (natural stone) star galaxy counter top. After the installation, we noticed that there is a damage on the corner and a small damage on the counter top. We immediately contacted the shop for a solution. However, the shop does not give any garantee. The shop says that it all depends on what the judgement from the supplier of the counter top. For an obvious damage considered by all the families and friends who visit my house, the shop says the damage is because of the imperfection of the natural stone or maybe the possible of transport damage due to the imperfection of natural stone. Now it is already almost a month, the supplier (topline) of the counter top still has not made any time to take a look at the counter top in my house. Basically it is a very unpleasant purchasing experience. For a counter top valued around 3500 euro, I would expect an immediate exchange of it. It causes so much inconvenience for the customer already when a damaged product is delivered. Not to mention the stress and disappointment when you buy such a big item for your house.
