Best couch ever ! And received one month earlier than expected !
I wish I could review based on my purchase, but right now, I have an empty living room. The 14 week wait (which is crazy to begin with) is now an 18 week wait. It's just sad. It seems poor deliveries are a common thread here, but 4.5 months for a couch? At this point, I have no choice but to wait.
UPDATE: Ordered on March 13 and delivered today July 26...5 weeks late (19 weeks total). We had to buy another couch to just hold us over. We were told the delays were due to fabric deliveries.
Took 19 weeks to get the sofa. Sales person promised 12 weeks.
Super help from Kenneth and Sandor! Toppers work there. Took the time for our advice and was thorough and knowledgeable. The sofa was delivered on time as discussed. And more importantly their after sales service! Always available if not available, they respond very quickly and come up with solutions. I have sent several friends and family there because Amsterdam Room 108 has friendly and nice guests who will assist you in finding the right sofa. Half a year now on our couch and still very happy with it.
Below I read all things about delivery times, well this can happen and it is powerless, I am a satisfied customer and I will buy my next sofa again at Room 108.
