Bad quality. I bought a bed and after two months the color of the bed head is changed. I know that I have one year garantie as the employee told me befor I bought it.I contacted with the customer service and I've got no response.

Over promising and under delivering. Promised us to delivery all furniture in 2 weeks and took money; even acknowledged 2 week delivery on the reciept. After payments, no one called us in 2 weeks. After repeated follow-ups from my side, we got an arrogant customer service lady who said they cannot help in anyway and I had to read their rules of delivery (delivery in 24 weeks) and now my order was delayed by several weeks, at least 4 weeks. She did not even put me through to sales person who had promised me 2 weeks, she said that her sales collegague is not responsible for delivery. Very strange! sales people in this store are only making false promises to get orders and your money but later hide and don’t even talk to customers. Very poor service!!! I will not recommend to buy from them else you are stuck like us.

First pay cash at the door immediately, then stuff in from the thrift store Never buy your stuff here, used junk new stuff packed not neatly finished glass tables and cabinets damage scratches and a piece of glass broken, the driver says 50 euro discount I say no say that 250 discount we do not live in the middle-aged the liver already costs 200 then they have only 50 on the wall otherwise they have to deliver new stuff like that, luckily I was awake enough and the driver says smartly you boss pf yes right for for those 5 to 10 minutes I am your boss bought your whole month's wages in stuff I just want to have new nets of stuff and the chairs there they drill those rings crookedly and way too high how they don't hear them coming in the evening those stuff assemble after they have had 2 crates of beer at the pub or so I think they were already too late and then you have to email them and they would respond within 10 days but they do not let go but that's fine we don't live in prehistoric times here in the netherlands then i will take other measures but then i have not put in any case just as bad a resension don't buy anything at that circle loop shop second hand junk all piece of junk

Never order anything here please !!! And certainly not glass furniture! You pay a lot and the quality is really bad! Dresser is delivered damaged! My coffee table has sharp edges that are not neatly finished! The rings on my dining table chairs are crooked and incorrectly positioned! Have been contacted many times but you are simply sent from pillar to post! What a mess this company delivers, I will advise everyone to never buy your furniture here!
