I have such a regret that I have spent money on this bad company. Customer service is just literally unreachable for 3 days even via mail I get no response ... I have been waiting for almost 6 months on my furniture (exchange). I've almost forgotten what they look like so long I'm waiting. Once you have customer service on the phone, I wonder why they work there because they can not answer your questions because everything goes via Italy. I will never spend a penny on them again and I advise all of you to buy your furniture somewhere else and save yourself the misery.

Never experienced such a bad thing !! We ordered a sofa in Nov 2016. After half a year our order was canceled because they were way past the delivery date. Now it is mid August and our deposit of € 1000.00 has still not been returned. We are not regularly called back by Rob, Jochem, the accounting department, not to mention the director Mr Hoefakken who is too indecent to handle this properly. In June we were promised that there was approval regarding refund deposit, this would take two to three weeks because the money had to come from Italy !! We are so happy that we have bought a sofa elsewhere at Famousus in Den Helder, a big compliment for this store. These keep appointments and help the customer as it should !! Never again Chateau d'ax for us, if it can not be arranged neatly but through the court. Too sad for words 😡😡

Beautiful leather furniture. In the back of the bargain corner. Definitely look there!
