Avoid this company at all costs. Kitchen was ordered in May and scheduled to be fitted at the start of July. It is now October and we still do not have a finished kitchen. One star because it's the only way to post a review. *Delivery* - The kitchen was delivered 2 days before installation was supposed to start - The island worktop and shelf we ordered were not delivered. The reason for this is that for some reason they were never manufactured. 6 week additional wait for manufacturing to be completed. - The other worktop was the incorrect thickness to what we wanted. We discussed this in the store but the salesperson specified a different thickness to what we asked for in the quote. From the quote, it is impossible to tell the thickness, so we could not have noticed the error. - The door for the fridge delivered was the incorrect type. - Side panel for island missing *Installation Part 1* - The installer was very nice and did the best he could with what Kvik gave him. He was clearly also very frustrated with Kvik's incompetence. - 2 days was scheduled for the installation of the kitchen. After 4 days, this still was not finished. - Kvik never told us that for one of the cupboards to fit we would have to have a small extension built onto a wall. This resulted in the installer having to spend an additional day doing this, which cost us an additional €408 - The installer ran out of time and left us with an incomplete kitchen. Luckily it was functional so we can at least cook (without using the extractor fan because it isn't installed yet) *Delivery Part 2* - Almost 2 months later, at the end of August another installation company called to make an appointment to finish off the installation. The earliest date they had available was 1st October. - On 1st October, they turn up to do the installation, but Kvik did not inform them that a lift was required for delivering the large items (island worktop). this is despite us making it clear that a lift was required, and one was provided for the first delivery. - Island worktop still cannot be delivered without the lift and Kvik would not pick up the phone to help in any way. - Installers finished everything they could, but still some issues. Kvik sent the incorrect colour panel for the island, so still could not fit that. We are now 3 months after the scheduled installation and have no idea when it will be finished. Kvik never answer the phone or respond to emails. Luckily it seems like the new installation company will be able to fix this for us. Just, do not bother with this company. They are incompetent and have no interest in helping when things go wrong. They already have your money, so they have no motivation.

I hold myself long time to write this review believing that it is turbulent times for all but seeing also other reviews made me realize we are not the only ones suffering from extremely poor service and communication of this company. I also agree with other people commenting “avoid at all cost” unless you want to have a kitchen after 1 year (I am not even sure of that). We ordered our kitchen in Feb 2020 and as of today still it is not finished. Missing items delivered, wrong items delivered, so many third parties involved for installation, so many hick ups but there is no one that feels responsible. We tried to call and e-mail Denmak HQ but even no response from there. We also sent an e-mail on 16th September to “[email protected]” cc installation company and “Kvik Villa Arena” team still not a word. I mention this especially because I see that on their replies to comments they refer to their [email protected] mail address but I do not think they reply anyway. It is such a shame that a beautiful product and it is brand image is damaged with such poor service. I sent an e-mail today to all partied again so let’s see but we lost all our hope now. Hope this review helps for others considering buying products from Kvik Villa Arena in the future. (I guess they work on franchise basis so not sure if other branches are better please check).

Worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Completely incompetent at delivering the kitchen project. We were ignored again and again, and had to chase them at all times to get the kitchen finished (5 months late in the end). This caused a lot of stress and for that, it is unacceptable. Do not get your kitchen from this Kvik.

Avoid this place at all costs! I scheduled an appointment (for working time weekday) and had the worst service. They were 2 consultants (one is a trainee), their interaction between each other was a disaster, but more importantly neither of them knew absolutely NOTHING about my questions over the bathroom furniture. They promised to send me the details and price proposal in two days. Four days later I called with a reminder and now it’s a week later and still no one has contacted me. I think they don’t like earning money. It’s the worst service - I wasted an hour of my time looking at two people glancing at each other, not able to explain or consult me on anything. The only reco - just avoid it.

Extremely poor service, avoid this place. Expected the installation in February, end of July - still waiting for missing parts, no one at kvik feels responsible for anything, even returning phone calls or answering emails. Upd- in the end it only took 10 months for kvik arena to deliver and install the kitchen, last cabinet door arrived in September, still wasn’t installed properly as fixations were missing - “de best mogelijke ervaring” indeed
