Total disappointment, I do not recommend ordering a kitchen from Reddy if you are expecting exact delivery of what you requested.. from sales till operations very poor coordination, no information flow to the customer during the process. you just a get a kitchen, could be similar to the one you ordered if you are lucky. And after the installation it may not look like a brand new kitchen...

I have visited Reddy Keukens based on our friends review that they had good experience... There are some good kitchens and We went there with an open mind to see how things are going to turn out... Our appointment was booked on Sunday so hat we can spend some quality time at the appointment so that our doubts are cleared... Then comes the GUY from the store not at a friendly face not welcoming either.. he asked us what our budget is and we mentioned our estimated amount and then the GUY said its not possible and I dont want to waste time for both of us... But yet we requested him to make a layout so that maybe we can try to negotiate... After 3 hours he gave us a 3D view image of how our kitchen will look and gave an estimated price.. as expected it was not in the budget range we thought may be we could do some adjustment by changing the appliances etc etc the guy was so frustrated and impatient that he doesn't want to go any further... on top that he says (no offense)that its a big mistake to take an appointment with us on Sunday where he is missing a lot of business... When you don't know how to behave with your customer your company doesn't deserve an employee like you.

Bought a top Kitchen at 'Reddy Kitchens'. I came in with my girlfriend without knowing exactly how and what, Silvan the manager who works there guided us in this process very friendly and professional. We were able to buy a mega kitchen for a fairly reasonable price. But the most important thing I think is that every time we had a question we could just call and receive help without any problems. The kitchen is now inside and assembled and we are very happy with it.
