I ordered a hoekbank on Saturday, 7th June 2020. Before we made up our decision, we were told by their staff that the order will be ready to deliver between mid August to mid of Sept (10 – 14 weeks). This was also written in the purchase receipt and I signed. However, after I paid the down payment and receive the copy of the purchase receipt, I noticed that 10 weeks was strike through on the receipt and left 14 weeks. I got angry with this untrusted act. Just two days after on Monday, I received computer generated purchase receipt via email and in the receipt, it mentioned 14 – 16 weeks! I have attached to this review. This means they knew they are not able to deliver within 10 – 14 weeks but they lied. Is not this cheating? Like other costumer complained in these review, not possible to reach them by phone. No response to email. No update from them (this hurts a lot). I manage to speak to them 14 weeks after order date on due week for delivery, I was informed by email that my order might be ready on weeks 39/40. That means 16/17 weeks after order. I am still waiting and have not received my hoekbank. We all are having hard times after corona. You need customers to sustain your business and that does not come without trust and you can not continue for long.

Besides the fact that they have really beautiful stuff, the service is great. They are not very easy to reach (by telephone) but an email is always answered and complaints are taken very seriously. During the lockdown, the owner himself came to make another delivery to shorten the delivery time. We are still waiting for a table and 2 chairs, but then. we have the perfect room. Recommended this case!

We entered your store and the bank immediately spoke to us at the front of the store. We immediately knew that this sofa suited us exactly and it was also super nice! There were beautiful tables in front of the sofa that immediately appealed to us. At first they were no longer in stock due to Corona but luckily they came back last month and we were able to reserve a nice set of tables. Due to the long wait for this, we received a discount from the store and we thought along well. Really great service! We are very curious how things will look in our new house when the sofa and the tables come to us. Sincerely!

We bought furniture in June. At that time, the reviews were not so good. Nevertheless, we have nevertheless made the purchase and made clear agreements with the owner. Corne Wonen has adhered to this properly. So great work! And we are very satisfied with our furniture!
