I made a video call appointment. The advisor could not hear us and she refused to try another way, for example through another online platform. She also did not feel like seeing and listening to our wishes.

We had a very pleasant conversation with Samir about the possible design of our new kitchen. Because it is a new construction project, we did not know how or what it would all go, but in the end it turned out that the project developer could also recommend its own kitchen / bathroom / floor party. In the end we did that because of the 'one-stop-shop' convenience, but that does not mean that the time that Samir took for us and his clear expertise (thinking about how you live in the kitchen) more than deserves him. hereby give 5/5 stars!

During the pre-interview, I was told several times that the kitchen could only enter AFTER the contractor. Once we sat down for the "quote" after sorting out everything, the advisor said: "since you don't make a purchase within 1 month, I won't make a quote" I was dumbfounded, then I got up, shook hands with the best man and we left the showroom. Hours later we were called with the announcement that he still wanted to make an exception if he would still make the offer. When we received it, only half of what we had discussed was on it, but yes we were no longer in signing / making a quotation because we were already gone. Poor service and 0 customer loyalty. You lost me!
