I was the worst place I could end buying a Kitchen. At the moment you sign the contract they stop answering you. I purchase a kitchen and they only delivered the half and not the kitchen I order. Now After one year i’m trying to get the money back and get a full new kitchen. I could never recommend this place.

The most terrible service I've ever seen! Stay as far away from this toxic place as you can. Sale process looks nice and promising, but then execution and customer care is below any expectations. First, the kitchen installation was delayed by 3 weeks (on top of 2.5 months initital waiting time) and we had to move in into the new apartment without a kitchen and live without it with 2 young children. Then during installation several items were missing. The company promissed to fix everything over the phone but neither our sales manager (we understood he is the owner) or his collegues replied to our e-mails. We had to always make follow-up calls to make sure that our reminders are followed up. They promise to call back and simply don't do it, you have to call and remind again and again. In the end the remaining items were delivered and fixed only in 10 months from the initial delivery date! It seems that they have only one external provider (individual) who does all the installations and even he said that this company lacks basic customer care standards and doesn't care about putting things in order. And in the end they refused to pay the compensation for the delays and poor experience that was promised to us after our initial complaints! It was the worst customer experience I've ever had!

What a bad service !!! Ewoud van veen makes appointments and promises with ease, but it is not possible to fulfill them !!! Instead of the promised delivery time of 13 weeks it became almost 20 weeks, which means that we have been in the house for more than 6 weeks with a small child !!! After many calls and complaining, an "emergency kitchen" consisting of a rickety sink (without drain or counter top), a small fridge and a separate hob. All this was the fault of the factory in Germany .. damaged kitchen that could not be delivered, and then complete kitchen was lost ... when the kitchen was finally delivered, the "loan parts" were also taken away. And he was still not complete! ! Wait another 6 weeks for the missing parts, but because it could not be fully connected, we still had a kitchen in which cooking was not possible !! The kitchen is now standing, but with a wrong sink that did not fit (Villeroy and Boch á 785.-) We had to adjust it ourselves: it was promised that the costs of ordering food, and agreements made with the installer and plumber, would be reimbursed and we would receive compensation for all stress and discomfort. reimbursed, but not the reimbursement, because the fault (of course) was not with Ewoud, but with the factory in Germany, and they did not want to pay. I advise everyone not to order a kitchen at kuchentreff / kitchen discounter !!!!

Kuechentreff Villa Arena or Kitchendiscounter.NL Advice: Avoid this kitchen farmer, Ewout van der Veen is unable to supply a decent kitchen. After you have signed you will not be listened to and will have his own “planning”, manipulate, Lie and cheat. don't fall for it. More than 2 years ago we bought a kitchen at Kuechentreff. We wanted to have the kitchen installed in the week of mid-May 2018. Ewout had no mechanic who could install. The mechanic would come on Whit Monday ... unfortunately he did not come. Ewoud did not understand anything about it, it took more than 3 weeks before the kitchen could be placed (incomplete and with many defects). A small (incomplete) summary of what went wrong: • Ewout did not consider it necessary to measure the kitchen worktop again after plastering, resulting in a broken kitchen worktop and a damaged wall twice. I paid the plasterer myself and did not receive compensation. • Sawed-off kitchen worktop • Sawed-off kitchen cabinets because the wrong size was ordered • Crooked fittings, unplaced fittings, homemade pastes with sealant • Hinges placed in wrong places and drill holes of uninstalled hinges • Have to wait at least 20 days for appointments not made. During those days obviously called regularly it was said that the mechanic was on the way but never showed up. I can certainly mention 10 more incidents, but leave it at this. In short, avoid this man it will cost you a lot of money and annoyance if you work with him.

Ewout van der veen working at kuchentreff (the store is now called kitchen discount counter. There is only 1 solution and that is money back and bring the kitchen. You do not honor agreements You provide dredging service You cannot deliver on time Error on Error on Error How can you deliver a kitchen without killing? Deliver incorrect equipment Supply incorrect color kitchen cupboards Deliver a tiny washbasin and then say yes, you chose that. It is really true that this is still possible to offer such poor service and also to deliver poorly finished kitchens. I'm still left with a gap between the counter and the oven. Kitchen cupboards already have bumps and bumps. If you make an appointment to replace it, nobody will come by. Only at Ewout van der veen is the factory that makes the kitchen closed or does the truck break down. So Ewout take that kitchen out of my house, put it in your store and PLEASE give my money back. You have already made the commitment, so keep it to yourself. Advice for everyone: Walk past this store
