Treated very bluntly in the shop, not by the lady who helped us, but a man came (I suspect the owner / establishment manager). We just asked a question about the Outlet store Pop up. This was closed and we were faced with a closed door. While we had been there a week before.
In short; We were not welcome because we wanted to lay the laminate ourselves. He just sent us away.
The shop looked nice and neat.
Knowledgeable staff and friendly
Excellent help in the store, excellent advice was thought along, the execution was punctual and very professional.
