Error with ideal payment. After mail no followup. next to this product not available, again no follow up.
Super service!
An ordered tool was not in stock and it turned out to be available from the supplier much later than expected.
The consequence for us would be that the completion of one of our projects would be jeopardized ...
After consultation with cupboard & kitchen, we have found a suitable solution; Instead of canceling the order, I was able to borrow the tools on the basis of mutual trust from the own workshop of the cupboard & kitchen.
As a result, we can now complete our project and the order remains unchanged.

Received product relatively quickly (holidays were in between). At a price that I couldn't buy it for elsewhere. After a while the product did cause some problems, but this was settled within a day between me, cupboard kitchen and supplier. Received a new one via parcel post within 2 days. The response time is therefore also very good.
Good quality stuff, fast delivery. Excellent problem-solving customer service. Recommended!
What a drama. Items ordered and paid for. Then you don't hear anything anymore. They do not respond to your mail. Telephone is not answered. I'm afraid I can whistle for my money. My advice is not to order.
