Bad service, not something you expect from an etos. Visited this store last Saturday and the customer friendliness is hard to find. A younger lady who listened to the name Suyenne very bad and rude. You will never find me again in this Etos.

Already several times during shopping I spoke to a coarse and derogatory employee (queen GRAFTAK with a coconut mat as a haircut). 10 out of 10, would never go there again.
