Shop layout is a bit messy, but good prices

Arrogant staff, mispriced items, not customer friendly.
No idea how you normally deal with a customer. Price tag was wrong, so I wanted to return the product after checkout when it turned out to be twice as expensive. First was the response, well that's not true, and when we went to look at the shelf it turned out to be the wrong price tag. Well ma'am, you can join again at the back. I asked ehm should I not? Since this was your fault? No madam all those people are also waiting, you can ask them one by one if you are allowed. Yeah, I'm not going to do that. She could easily have run the cash register herself, but preferred to stand and chat with her colleague at the entrance. So I in the (long!) Queue for the 2nd time, and when I finally came out of the store with a bad feeling, the other shops I had to visit were closed. Maybe a customer-friendliness course? The cashier was also very nice, despite the fact that she turned the cash register around closing time ..
