The worst service I had in Amsterdam, I was looking for a remedy for the flu. The staff treated me very poorly.

no corona-proof policy. staff unfriendly. as a regular customer I experienced it as unpleasant and very different. This has been the case for weeks.

It is nice if you also handle parcels as a new service, but arrange it well, I came to pick up a parcel for work (hotel) on Thursday afternoon 22-02, after some time the parcel was found, but the scanner was broken. I said then take a picture of the package with the scan code with your iphone and scan it later, but this was too difficult, a colleague had to be called first about this "case", at least I did not get my package, PLUS because of this I was late for work :-(
