Be sure to open the package of what you buy in the store!! I bought a face cream from L'Oréal that was only sealed with tape. When I got home and opened it a cream from the Kruidvat was inside. I immediately took it back but they acted as if I was the one who switched the creams. I had to call the customer service and once again they refused to give me a refund because they said that they saw on the video footage that it was properly sealed from the manufacturer. That's impossible, because it was not. We have an appointment with the manager and police in a few days. All this for €20. I hope they secure their items better from now on from the "real" thieves.
