This Hema store is nice but once I asked politely where a product was and an older Dutch attendant (almost 50 years old) answered me in a very stupid and unnecessary way. It made me want to leave the store right away. It was months ago during the COVID-19 outbreak and it wasn't nice.
I went there for a small purchase and the staff helped me in finding it. Staff lady was extremely helpful and nice.
But the only issue is all the signs are in Dutch and no English.
My experience was good.
Extremely rude staff. Would it be so hard to look at your customers when they are talking to you?
Decent store, staff is a little slow though. Don't offer help unless specifically asked even if there's nobody there and you're obviously looking for something.
Nail Polish prices seem very high.
