Do NOT order from this company! I have ordered 3x Kartell Soundracks beginning of May 2018. It took almost 1 month to deliver instead of 2 weeks as stated on the website. One broke during transport, so I contacted them. Nicole replied I should sent pictures and hopefully I would be able to get a replacement from Kartell, but no guarantees. No sorry, no nothing just bored replies and very hesitant to help. THE worst customer service I have ever received.
I sent the pictures and was supposed to receive a new one. It is July now (2 months later) and no news no nothing. I asked for a refund but got no reply. So now I have a broken object I paid full price for. Be careful this company is a total scam!
Beautiful shop. Very well suited for my own garden
Everything is right about this store. Friendly staff who think along with you and provide excellent service. In addition, the store has a good range of Fermob furniture so that you can take a lot with you immediately.
Beautiful showroom but really sad service. Both gentlemen present had more eye for their laptop than for the customers. Meanwhile, we bought our furniture at a store that does have an interest in customers.
