It is a young company that is doing its best, but still has to work on communication, feedback and especially feedback.
I can imagine that you do not have everything in stock and perhaps also ordered something from the supplier when ordering, but communicate quickly and clearly so that they know where they stand.
This is usually about serious amounts and people just want to know about the order. Stagnation? Pass it on.
