Some 3-4 years ago, we bought 6 Eames chairs. No hassle shipment, fast and reliable - items as in pictures. Sometime ago, a glider fell off and disappeared. When I wrote Joost and asked for a spare, he send 8 for free. That is what I call service!! Best recommendations from me.

We were able to actually go to the store, where Joost was very helpful and patient in showing us all different colors and options. You can really notice he is passionate about the chairs and wants you to enjoy them as much as he enjoys them himself. He takes good care of the chairs, and knows a lot about them. When we were in doubt about a daring colour, he offered us to return or change the colour if we were not happy with it. This helped us to choose a colour we would not have dared otherwise, and we are very happy with it now!
